ARTIST’S RESUME OF BONNIE TUCKER
Ms. Tucker has been making hand marbled paper and utilizing collage and acrylic paint techniques to create unusual paintings since retiring as a law professor at Arizona State University College of Law and moving to Oregon in 2007.  Between 2007 and 2011 Ms. Tucker had numerous solo art shows and showed her work at several galleries in Oregon, including the following.:

A solo show in Lake Oswego organized by Creative Heartworks, owned by the owner of the former art gallery, Studio Donatello.

First Friday Art Quest (solo show at one of 10 locations); One of Ms. Tucker’s paintings was the featured picture on the cover of the July/August/ September 2007 Exhibition and Gallery Guide for the First Friday Art Quest.

Ms. Tucker moved to Oceanside California in 2013.  Since that time she has won numerous awards in Southern California art shows, such as:
1.  Several awards at the Carlsbad, Oceanside Art Gallery (COAL) including two first place awards (including one for the July 2016 show), one second place award, two third place awards and one honorable mention award (for the COAL open show in August 2016).
2.  Several awards at the Escondido Arts Partnership Gallery (EAP), including third place in the open show in 2016 and the first place “People’s Choice “ award for the Members only show in June/July 2016.
3.  Second place (overall) award in the Fallbrook Art Gallery Open show in 2016.
During this short period her work has also been shown at the Vista chamber of commerce, the Front Porch Gallery in Carlsbad and the Brandon Gallery in Fallbrook.  From January 24,2017 until March 4, 2017 she had a solo show at the Oceanside Public Library (main location).  She has shown her work at numerous other places in California including restaurants and the corporate offices of Jazzercise.  She has been asked to have a solo show at the Adobe Gallery in Vista among other places.
